Another referral from Paragon Property for the full renovation of a rental property in a complex of 8.  Had to work with the existing layout in the very small bathroom so removal of the roman bath was a must.

Conversion of a laundry into a laundry/2nd bathroom. The client knew exactly the look he was after and did the painting himself to finish it off.  Utilising a 200×600 tile in a subway format for that different look.

A small renovation of the kitchen and laundry. New cabinetry in laundry and overheads in kitchen with new pantry door.  The existing doors & drawer fronts were resin sprayed to match the new installation. Topped off with a new bench top and glass Splashback to complete the look.

Partial renovation of the main living area and kitchen. New window treatments, flooring, painting and kitchen door/drawer fronts. In addition, worked with the client to source new furniture for the dining & lounge areas to suit existing items.

Tasked to project manage the external hardscaping of a new dwelling, which included the installation of a pool, washed aggregate front & back, composite decking front & back and rendering of existing fence line and new brick wall to front.

A real estate client had this rental property that was in dire need of a makeover, so they put us in touch with the owners to discuss the renovation requirements. This unit was located in a large complex of units and had restrictive access & parking, so we worked closely with the strata managers and caretakers to ensure minimal disruption to other residents.

A 100yr old property that needed a cosmetic facelift prior to tenants moving in. During this time it was found to have major issues with the roof structure causing leaks and a ceiling cave in, so further work was done to rectify the roof structure and replace the ceiling.

Sue completed a major renovation and repair to my house in Mount Lawley.

The major activities involved removal of roof tiles, repair of roof structure, installing a large storage space in the roof, replacement and finishing of roof tiles. This work was completed over 10 days with minimal disruption to the tenant.

Sue also managed the painting, general repair and replacement of appliances inside the house.

Glengary (PM) – The council of owners wanted to get the unit block painted, but were struggling to get a unanimous vote on colours. This had been going on for almost five years without a result. I presented a colour board to the council of owners, with photos of the property transposed showing what the property would look like once painted.

This resulted in a unanimous vote and the project was a go ahead. Quotes were obtained and the job completed in record time.
